Misty Sumner I have lost track of how long I’ve been with Monica Woodall & State Farm. It has been a very, very long time. I’d venture to say it is the best State Farm office in Texas. She & Curtis are definitely the best and most personable and professional agents I’ve ever dealt with.

Mariah Hwedi All sales agents should take a page from John Masons playbook. He is an amazing customer service representative. We talked back in January about options and he gave me all the deals possible, even some my old insurance didnt offer at double the price. I just wrote back to him a few days ago to get started and he emailed back right away. I was never redirected to multiple different agents and the process was quick and simple. He was true to his word and a big help. Highly recommend you work with him and switch to state farm.

I was able to bundle my home and auto insurance with them. Alma answered all my questions (which were a lot) and tailored my insurances exactly the way I wanted them to meet my personal needs and wants. She made sure everything was explained to me and got everything done in a timely manner as far as setting my new policies and canceling my existing ones. Definitely recommend.
