She has about 40 years of experience and was very knowledgeable about helping me with my HOME and AUTO insurance. She made sure I got ALL the Discounts available to me and her ability to write Insurance Policies for MY needs helped me save money as well. Her staff of Linde Jake and Sylvia are also knowledgeable and they all understand that they are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE business because of the way they treated me and my wife in a kind and professional way as we went thru the process of changing from USAA after they doubled my insurance bill in 5 years after 36 years with them and having only 1 claim.
