Katrina Myers Last Dec. I moved from Austin down to the Texas coast. I have been with one insurance company since I had my first car, but they could not compare to Texas Coast Insurance Agency. I called other local insurance companies as well. TCIA was the quickest to respond (immediately they started working on numerous quotes for me, including home owners, flood, wind & camper policies). I received quotes the next morning. I am 100% satisfied with Texas Coast Insurance Agency. Not only are they prompt, but also friendly as well as professional.

Jon Braun I had been with Allstate over 31 years and recently switched to State Farm with Dan Garber (DJ) due to his excellent customer service and knowledge. This was not an easy decision after being with someone for so many years, but DJ is a level above other insurance agents. DJ is always available for questions and very timely in responses. I have a bunch of kids and he was absolutely wonderful in helping them set up their policies so they could be independent. In fact, it was one of my daughters who initially contacted him out of the blue. DJ was so helpful in walking through things with her and worked so hard to obtain excellent rates that we all switched. When calling the office, DJ is personally involved and is very easy to contact. In short, I would highly recommend DJ for home and auto insurance!
