He is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced agents I have worked with and always act in the best interest of your coverage needs, without selling you more than you need. He fits the needs to the right coverage and will take the time to find the best premium. Other Agents don’t go to the effort especially upon a renewal to shop around for a better rate. Doug does almond with his support staff which is tremendous, Christy and Delma along with a new guy who’s name escapes me, are all great folks to work with and always go to bat come claim time.
