Sill, OK to come because its one of the few places you can still find pieces from the Essence collection! The first lady that helped us was amazing and super helpful, the second, not so much. When I go, I expect to be taken care of by one person and I expect their undivided attention. Because Ive spent thousands of dollars on my collection and this is a love I share with my daughter and my sister and now my mother as well. I never go in to browse, I always shop till I spend every dime of what Ive saved for the experience. This store is always clean, the lighting is perfect and when you can get the right customer service person that person is always very patient and helpful.
