Nicole Bedoya This review was long overdue. You know that icky feeling you get when you go into ring shop and you feel like they just want you to buy something or move on? Thats not what you get here at all. I have never had a better experience than coming to the Clean Origin store in terms of customer service. This was such a huge moment for my fiance and I, and they didnt rush us, they listened, they took their time to help me find what I wanted. And trust me, I had no idea what I wanted at first so the patience was unmatched. By the end of it, the person who helped us, Kya, felt as if I was shopping with a bestie. She took me to the best lighting, helped me get a video if the ring, and really helped my fiance through the whole process of purchasing when the time came over email and phone a few months later. We did look at other rings after we came here, but ultimately, we got my ring here because you couldnt beat the day or experience. I dont just see my ring, I see the day my fiance flew me to Texas to see this store in person, and we had nothing but warm genuine kindness from everyone inside.

Justin Osowski I’m skeptical by nature. Went in to the Fredericksburg location with the wife. Began talking with Kean and he offered to put two of their test patches on my back (where I have had constant pain for years). He explained to me the way their frequency jewelry works, and where it benefits us in our normal life. My wife and I walked around for the rest of the day, and my back felt like I was 15 years younger. Went back the next day and bought one of their tungsten frequency bracelets. Looking forward to seeing the improvements in my overall pain. I know the six hour drive home was a LOT better than the drive down! Kean is very knowledgeable, helpful, and upfront. The store is very nice and prices are very reasonable. Will visit next time we are in town. Also plan on getting a cross necklace for our 16 year old who is super active in sports.

Wes Madsen Ali is super friendly. He always goes out of his way when I ask him a million questions. The price for all jewelry and watches is more than fair. He has a great team of associates who are also willing to help. It dosent matter if its lots of gold and diamonds or small silver chains they are all willing to help. Even if you want to just browse their selection, you will get nothing but friendly smiles and lots of information. Thanks ALI!!!

Michelle Larrieu Excellent Jewerly shop and repair. They created for me a customized gold ring exactly how I wanted. They also repaired me an old very damaged bracelet. If you are looking to buy, repair or create some jewelry this is the place you need! I really recommend them.

They took the time to understand what I was looking for and even offered suggestions that I hadn’t considered. I ended up choosing a gorgeous necklace that was beautifully packaged and made the perfect gift. The craftsmanship is top-notch and you can tell that great care goes into each piece. What stood out the most was the customer service – warm, genuine, and professional. I never felt pressured and left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase.
