Cami Staker Absolutely amazing service! We needed a resizing of my engagement ring. Stopped by one day after they were closed accidentally and they opened the door anyway! Helped us figure out how much to go down in size. Had it done within a week. Looks beautiful and fits perfect! Cannot recommend this place enough.

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m sharing this in the hope that other customers will have a more positive experience in the future. Please speak with Melanie about maintaining a respectful and welcoming attitude with customers. Loriann Cornwell El and Asma were incredibly helpful when I needed help with my watch. When I asked about mobility options, he suggested I park near the Cotton Patch cafe entrance. There were stairs I could use with my canes and a wide ramp for a walker or wheelchair. Their store was clean and set up well. I told him what I needed and he quoted me an excellent price...while I could not get my watch cleaned today, I am sure I will be coming back when I need additional help. Would 100 percent recommend this business.
