5 /5 Loriann Cornwell: El and Asma were incredibly helpful when I needed help with my watch. When I asked about mobility options, he suggested I park near the Cotton Patch cafe entrance. There were stairs I could use with my canes and a wide ramp for a walker or wheelchair. Their store was clean and set up well. I told him what I needed and he quoted me an excellent price...while I could not get my watch cleaned today, I am sure I will be coming back when I need additional help. Would 100 percent recommend this business.

5 /5 FedMoney 3: i bought a solid 10k gold nugget ring from here and they gave me a lifetime warranty for it it was the best real jewelry buy ive gotten from the mall. there is a review below talking about being out 300$ for a necklace they tried to return but the stores policy is no refunds although you can return jewelry trading it in for something of the same price. 5 stars

1 /5 Androo R: My GF purchased a gold $200 necklace here for me. After wearing it four times it broke, they told us it would be a $50 fee to fix it. After we paid for this it broke again in the same area! Will never return here, will highly not recommend. Will upload photo in the near future

I would not go here.** Stopped by super quick at ask a chain repair. He offered to fix my 14k white gold necklace with a ring. I was in a hurry and asked if it would hold. He said yes. I try to support small businesses and felt bad for this small store, so agreed to get the ring. My gut told me not to, but I didn’t listen. The chain broke again the very next day. I brought it back in and he would not give me a refund. He only offered to have it sent out and get it soldered, which would take 2-3 weeks. I said I don’t want to lose this 14K solid gold chain as we bought it over 19 years ago. I didn’t feel comfortable trusting him since he let me pay for a “repair” he knew wouldn’t work. I told him this and he said I made the decision to pay. It’s not his fault. I should have known not to trust this store when he didn’t even know the chain was white gold. He insisted it was silver. Only after he tested it did he believe it was what I said it was. Conclusion: he means what he says about no refund. All the jewelry in there is 10k or fake. Don’t waste your money or time.
