Brianna Norris I needed some links removed from a new Bulova watch I had gotten for my birthday. At first I tried taking it to the actual bulova section of Dillard’s, who refused to help me because I hadn’t bought it from there. But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!

Jorge Uvina Cristian and Toneil are amazing! They took the time to help find the perfect ring for my fiancé and went above and beyond in everyway! Not only did i walk in for 1 ring i left with 3 rings and got a great deal for all 3! They made sure everything was exactly what i wanted and werent pushy in the process, they let me lead and they followed! i cant express enough how great the experience was especially because i was very stressed walking in to it. I can honestly say, every kiss begins with Kay! Thank you Cristian and Toneil!

Shelby Benigar Brittnay is seriously one of the sweetest people I’ve come across! She is incredibly personable, and such a delight to have a conversation with. She was able to fix an anklet I got in Hawaii that posed a little bit of a challenge, and I bought a piece of jewelry while I was there that I love. If I ever get more permanent jewelry locally it will definitely be with her again! Thank you so much for such a pleasant visit.
