Oralia Acosta I called today to make an update and the woman that responded was going to send me to another department which was not the correct one. I told her that I did not call CPS and she got an attitude and told me not to get rude w/her as I attempted to explain things. Then, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back several times to speak to the right department and she never answered the phone. And to think that our tax dollars are going to this agency so that we can be abused in this manner! This is highly unprofessional!

John Dyck Have dealt with two bankers. Both claimed getting my loan wouldn’t be any problem whatsoever. Both won’t return phone calls or follow up as promised. I do not recommend using this bank for loans.
