Lorelei Crenshaw LETTY IS SO HELPFUL! I had an uncommon account type that I needed to have set up this week. It took 3 days, 3 branches in 2 states and 5 associates to get it done. Letty started everything off for me before sending me to one of the only 2 bankers in San Antonio that could access the proper paperwork. Once the account was set up I went back into the Seguin branch and Donna helped me get the last few things in order to get my business account up and going. I truly appreciate the help that they have provided me this week! They are stellar humans!

Chunlei Li This bank did not tell you when you opened a new account that it would charge you monthly service charges. Normally, debit cards do not charge any service fees. This is very bad.
