Bank of America Financial Center - Seguin (TX)

3 /5 Scott Norman: Completely inaccessible hours of operation! The lobby itself is nice, and the employees are friendly, but how is anyone who works a 9-5 job supposed to access the lobby when you are open Mon-Fri 9am-4pm? Please adjust your hours to Saturdays or at least open at 8am and or close at 6pm - how can you serve your customers when you preclude a large percentage of them from accessing the building?

1 /5 ree mawande: Why is the lobby closed on Saturdays in SEGUIN and not New Braunfels? I had to make a big withdrawal from my account and couldn’t use the ATM, naturally. Since the lobby was closed in SEGUIN, I had to drive 20 miles out of my way, out of the town I live in, just to withdraw some money. This just justifies people’s opinions of this town. A “REAL” joke.

5 /5 Lorelei Crenshaw: LETTY IS SO HELPFUL! I had an uncommon account type that I needed to have set up this week. It took 3 days, 3 branches in 2 states and 5 associates to get it done. Letty started everything off for me before sending me to one of the only 2 bankers in San Antonio that could access the proper paperwork. Once the account was set up I went back into the Seguin branch and Donna helped me get the last few things in order to get my business account up and going. I truly appreciate the help that they have provided me this week! They are stellar humans!

5 /5 Mark Ramirez: I had a great experience at the Seguin branch today. Donna guided me to Sienna to help me with my issue. Within minutes I had my problem fixed and on my way. I would not hesitate recommending any banking business you may have withe the employees there. Very happy and pleasant experience.

1 /5 Jason T.: Handsdown one of the worst Bank of America locations within the continental United States. The ATM works part time- much like the staff with their ridiculous, sporadic hours. drive-thru? Forget about it, that’s been closed for years. This branch is the redheaded stepchild for banking in Seguin. For years, I kept thinking that this branch was being closed down, but it has recently gone through a renovation on the interior, which makes no sense due to the unreliability of the office hours.
