Rochelle Taylor Tom Chaney has been my mother’s financial planner for decades. He has always treated her like family and has assisted her as if he were watching over his own mother. It was at his recommendation years ago that she purchase a long term care policy. Fortunately she trusted all of the financial advice he gave her to include investing for retirement. Due to health concerns, it became necessary for my mom to reside in Assisted Living.
