1 /5 Tabitha Karki: Edit: called to make a payment the normal girl was out. The person filling in said they didnt know how to process a payment only a pay off.. told me to call back wed that rebbeca would be back.
They over drafted my account Tuesday told me it was a mistake by new girl and they could fix this once it cleared.
Called Tuesday got a new person , check cleared my bank. She told me it wasnt her problem because she didnt do it. That I could call back 3 to 5 buisness days.
I definitely learned my lesson about these employees take no accouablity for thier actions . They are trashy. I dont know where thier temps come from but its not hard to run a credit card payment.
DO NOT USE THEM
