1 /5 Oralia Acosta: I called today to make an update and the woman that responded was going to send me to another department which was not the correct one. I told her that I did not call CPS and she got an attitude and told me not to get rude w/her as I attempted to explain things. Then, she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back several times to speak to the right department and she never answered the phone. And to think that our tax dollars are going to this agency so that we can be abused in this manner! This is highly unprofessional!

1 /5 Rich Taylor: Ms Bobble Sanford and her program manager refused on age and familial status Ukrainian refugees who are eligible for the Medical benefits until they receive work permits and acquire jobs. The Security guard , R. Williams, harassed and threatened us , but we were only there to conduct business. The TCPD were needlessly summoned by the security guard. A solid F all around for this bunch
