As a courtesy I am not adding the name of the employee, but you are the vice president of the bank that doesn’t mean you can treat people however you want… Hope someone higher designation than you will do something about it… no thank you for your service…

1 /5 frank: The bank work agains the customer they help at all when have fraud in your account you have to work it your self beside you wait at least 45 days to solve the issue . fraud prevention just they write that but its not the truth .they not tell you what to the best for you they keep charge that what they behind to make money they dont care about the customer
