However, I recently had an encounter with another representative who, unfortunately, was extremely rude. She has medium-long black hair, glasses, and a mole on her chin. The interaction was unlike anything I have experienced before. Given my positive experiences with Adrian, I prefer to work with him exclusively. My manager and I both give only Adrian a well-deserved five-star rating!
