1 /5 Ricki Gonsalez: This bank has always been something else however when it came down to disputing a charge, the lady inside and the case manager on the phone are absolutely rude. I don’t know why people act like they are better just because they sit behind a desk. At least have enough respect to explain something correctly and stop with the attitude! In Florida, I’ve never had this issue and I never had to wait for a CASH deposit to clear.
