Brittany Bradley 5 stars for the nurse named Lisa , if there is more than one Lisa its the , She is the Lisa that has blonde/ light brown hair and a pretty smile. She was very thorough in explaining to my grandmother what was needed and her bedside manner was awesome. Shout out to Dr Kamat for his thorough and safely done procedure. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way , was the lady who was transporting my grandmother to do the procedure, she told me grandmother what the doctor was going to administer into her IV, two of which she is allergic too and had a bad reaction to last time , Hispanic woman with tattoos, specifically one on her wrist , and my grandmother reminded her she was allergic, and this lady rudely replied " why arent you wearing your allergy bracelet" first off one was never given to her or ordered for her but she had the information from her primary in her wallet. So the mouthy lady checked my grandmothers chart again and she looked at the lady she was training and they both stayed quiet. I assume bc we were In the room. I didnt catch this ladies name , she needs to be retrained , learn better manners , and not speak or tell someone they are receiving medications THATS ALREADY LISTED on the chart as an allergy, right before a procedure. Other than her ignorance, I want to thank Nurse Lisa and Dr. Kamat for taking care of my grandmother.
