1 /5 Frances Ridenour: Ivan Tetteh says he prefers email communication…our situation required a phone call. He promised two times he would call but he didn’t call either time. Poor customer service! Sorry… can’t recommend Ivan or this bank.

1 /5 Superdopegamer Fletcher: The worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. When in to close account, they were brutal about me closing the account. Ask, why are you moving the money? I said for more convenient than a smaller bank they said, most small banks are FDIC insured. Every bank is FDIC insured and on top of it they were speaking Arabic in front of me that is not professional.

5 /5 Marisa Flores: I have always had an exceptional experience with Adrian. He is consistently helpful, solutions-oriented, and ensures all my questions are answered. However, I recently had an encounter with another representative who, unfortunately, was extremely rude. She has medium-long black hair, glasses, and a mole on her chin. The interaction was unlike anything I have experienced before. Given my positive experiences with Adrian, I prefer to work with him exclusively. My manager and I both give only Adrian a well-deserved five-star rating!

1 /5 Gabriela codova: If there was zero stars I would say that. My husband went to pay my credit card since I’m at the hospital. My husband is a signer in that account that I have had for 15 + years sadly Nick maybe the manager talked to my husband and treated him so bad kick him out of the bank and was very rude really with out any reason, for him it was enough that previously one of our employees came to this location for the same reason to pay my credit card and was treated so bad so left a bad review of Nick and this location, so this last time my husband was there Nick refused to take the payment due to the bad review. Sorry for Bank of America having an unprofessional, rude, unprepared and arrogant employee. Hopefully Bank of America can have someone that truly can represent you, thrust me there’s really good people around for that position specially after all the bad reviews this location has. We are not coming back there and we will make sure that no one we know will be there.
