greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

I was there the other waiting while my watch was being serviced and I saw a young couple in love come in to shop for an engagement ring and it was so nice to see the time and care they were given. It’s nice to know that some businesses like this still exist. I will never shop at a big box jewelry store as long this wonderful store is around. You all are the best!!!
