2 /5 Jacob Buse: It’s been something of a tradition for years now that I buy my wife something nice from James Avery to commemorate her accomplishments and our milestones together. She loves the products. Still, I get pretty tired of the smug, condescending, and unhelpful staff that work this location. Something as simple as getting a charm attached to a bracelet is almost always met with eye rolls and reluctant assistance. We don’t put people out and hardly ever ask for help, and yet we’re routinely treated as an inconvenience by the staff. I’ve worked retail and can sympathize to a degree, but the disrespect is truly unwarranted. Don’t want to be there? Then don’t be there. Why choose to work a job and act miserable for hours on end?

1 /5 Katherine Crawford: Rude lady with braces. I went in to have charms soldered on and was completely discriminated against because of the way that I look. I was turned away. Luckily, I was handled with professionalism by customer service, and they happily sold me the jump rings I requested in store. I was turned away because I look a certain way. I wouldnt go here if you have visible tattoos. Avoid the C U Next Tuesday with braces at all cost. Ive been a loyal customer for several decades and have a few thousand dollars worth of JA. What a shame to be treated so ugly by so-called Christians. I made a formal complaint as well. Do better!

1 /5 Mirna Fuentes: Extremely rude lady with brown hair and glasses. I came in to put charms on my bracelet and she was rude some were gifted to me and I was willing to pay to have them saudered on. I have been a loyal customer to James Avery for many years and this was the most ugliest experience I have ever had. I felt dismissed and was very disappointed with the way she treated me.

I have wanted a charm bracelet for so long because my daddy gave me the plastic version when I was a little girl and now he’s gone so I wanted to represent him in a grown up charm bracelet…and necklace. I’m just in love with my new jewelry and the experience I had putting the pieces together. Thank y’all for being who y’all are. ❤️
