Our decision to buy another car was made about 5 pm but Noelle worked to get our policy in place so that we could buy that day. STK After losing a parent, I had to file a claim. My claims rep was Robbin Y, and she was amazing. The company actually reached out to me and sent me everything I needed with detailed instructions. I mailed my paperwork in, and called to see if it was received. My rep answered on the first call, confirmed receipt and stated my claim was submitted for payment without delay. I am very pleased with the process and speed of service.

David Helm I had a collision with a hit and run driver. Totally their fault. Filed claim with State Farm. Had my rent car the next day. They towed the car to the collision repair shop.
