Kenneth Easley Mrs.Bennett is a true professional. During a very convoluted and complicated custody case she was very straightforward, understanding, and caring about the situation. She will do what she has to do to make sure that you feel well represented. I never once felt that she dropped the ball for me. She was well prepared and made me feel like I didnt have to do much legwork at all. Lawyers, get a bad rap. Especially when a case might not go your way. Lawyers can only do their job. Michael Friedman Reply to review by Kayla Agee: On 3/21/25 Michael Friedman was hired to represent Kaylas boyfriend, who is incarcerated for 20 years in the Texas prison system in a case out of Hunt County. The purpose of the employment was to get an unrelated drug case in Bowie County concluded so that any sentence from Bowie County would run concurrent with the Hunt County sentence. Upon request by Michael Friedman after plea negotiations, a Zoom hearing was scheduled by the Bowie County District Court at which the boyfriend pled guilty and was sentenced to 5 years to run concurrent with the Hunt County sentence. A court order to that effect was entered on June 13, whereby the Bowie County case was wrapped up and Michael Friedmans representation for that purpose was concluded. Several weeks later Michael Friedman was contacted by Kayla inquiring why the Texas prison system had not yet acknowledged the Bowie County sentencing order. Michael Friedman told her that he did not know the answer to that, but he would contact the Bowie County Clerk to find out. Kayla said she had already done that and began a tirade about the representation. Michael Friedman unilaterally terminated her call. Kayla immediately called again and continued her tirade with profanity. Michael Friedman told her that he had done what he was hired to do, that she was not his client, and that he did not intend to listen or talk to her any further. Michael Friedman then unilaterally terminated the call. Michael Friedman then contacted the Bowie County District Clerk and was advised that the Bowie County court order had been filed on June 16, that the Texas prison system had been duly notified in accordance with the clerks standard procedures, and that no additional legal procedure was necessary.

Shayvonne Roberts Jeff’s group does a great job! They previously handled my son’s vehicle accident and did a great job. I had a serious vehicle accident myself December 2024 with multiple injuries. I called Jeff as soon as I got out of the hospital and realized how extensive my injuries were. He has been great! The first thing he did was get a vehicle for my daughter to drive to work and doctors appointments. He made sure I got the right doctors and setup my physical therapy to help with recovery and learning to walk again. He calls me directly to discuss updates and see how treatment is going. Becky has been great with helping me with scheduling appointments and is always available for any questions or concerns. In the early months, I spoke to her weekly and sometimes more than once. I am still not able to drive myself now almost 8 month after the accident. Joe Gomez has been making trips to my house when forms need to be signed and that is greatly appreciated.
