5 /5 Kenneth Easley: Mrs.Bennett is a true professional. During a very convoluted and complicated custody case she was very straightforward, understanding, and caring about the situation. She will do what she has to do to make sure that you feel well represented. I never once felt that she dropped the ball for me. She was well prepared and made me feel like I didnt have to do much legwork at all. Lawyers, get a bad rap. Especially when a case might not go your way. Lawyers can only do their job. The rest is in a jury or judges hands. I never once felt I was getting the runaround. I highly recommend Kate Bennett and her team. Some lawyers do have a conscience. Thank you, Kate.

5 /5 Aaron Paschall: HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mrs. Bennett and her EXCEPTIONALLY TALANTED TEAM for all your family law needs. Kate recently represented me during an extremely difficult divorce. At least that was my perspective on the situation… Kate might downplay it to be just “another day in the office” but that is because she that dang GOOD! Mrs. Bennett and staff are always one step ahead and will make sure you are too. Kate is very knowledgeable (especially when dealing with cases that involve disability, spousal maintenance, child support, etc.) and will advise you in such a manner that is perceived as FAIR (from a legal standpoint… she is not a fairy god mother who can wave a wand and sprinkle fairy dust over your soon-to-be ex to make rain clouds follow them all over creation). Remember this is your mess and you will be required to honest and forthcoming with information that allows Mrs. Bennett to fully prepare in getting you the best possible outcome. I am very GRATEFUL for her unwavering support and EXCEPTIONAL advice throughout my divorce.

1 /5 Abigail Avelar: Daryl Bennet & this law firm are a joke. Literally felt like a joke watching my loved one being represented by this office, that’s how bad it was. Daryl failed to show for the final trial and sent Nick. Nick said more outside the courthouse apologizing than he did inside to represent my cousin. Damn deer in headlights! RUN FROM THIS OFFICE! Don’t waste your money. They don’t care about your life.

1 /5 Joe Pool: The legal assistant (Rene) is not really very good at keeping me in the loop with my case. 2 weeks passed before I learn that they acted on my behalf. She was fired and I got another legal assistant took over my case (Debbie). She wasnt much better. She accused me of causing all of the delays while promising to forward all of my questions to Kate. I never received any responses from Kate through either of her legal assistants. In the end, I fired this attorney and did the work myself. I would not recommend this attorney unless you want to go to court and have this spend a lot of time there for you.

1 /5 Rachel Showery: If you feel the need to be insulted, fed a deluge of excuses for lack of work commitments and pay thousands of dollars for it… this is the law firm for you! The difference in attitude before and after they receive their fee is truly mind numbing, you will think you called the wrong office as soon as the money is exchanged. They know they have you now! This law office is the prime example of why lawyers are known to be con artists while waving around their pompous degrees…. as if that exempts them from showing up to work on time and aware of what is on the docket. If you remind them of their failure to perform, you are met with blatant hostility, lectures on how pious and noble they are to “ help you.” You see, you are less than they are , and they will get this overt insult into every conversation. After the obvious is pointed out ; that they are a service for hire and we have entered an agreement of exchanging their expert representation for your hard earn cold cash, they continue to lecture you on gratitude! Subtleties is not one of their strengths, neither is irony. I would be thankful if they withheld all their excuses …they even used COVID as an excuse! Serious Gaslighting. So many times, you will feel like saying “ Can you just do your job, so if don’t have to repeat myself?” If it wasn’t for the benevolence of the judge who intervened , seeing the gross incompetence of the baby lawyer Nick , my son would have been thrown under the bus. Thank God for Judge Russell! Steer clear of this law firm.
