He was very patient explaining things to me regarding my case. Also, during the pending outcome of my case, he always would call me to let me know the current status of what was going on and would advise me of things that were required on my end. He always took time to listen to me and my concerns. I never once felt like he was to busy to listen to me. I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart and worked very hard on my behalf.
