5 /5 Shayvonne Roberts: Jeff’s group does a great job! They previously handled my son’s vehicle accident and did a great job. I had a serious vehicle accident myself December 2024 with multiple injuries. I called Jeff as soon as I got out of the hospital and realized how extensive my injuries were. He has been great! The first thing he did was get a vehicle for my daughter to drive to work and doctors appointments. He made sure I got the right doctors and setup my physical therapy to help with recovery and learning to walk again. He calls me directly to discuss updates and see how treatment is going. Becky has been great with helping me with scheduling appointments and is always available for any questions or concerns. In the early months, I spoke to her weekly and sometimes more than once. I am still not able to drive myself now almost 8 month after the accident. Joe Gomez has been making trips to my house when forms need to be signed and that is greatly appreciated. He is very professional and personable. Freddie Paul has answered his phone after business hours every single time I have had to call him. Not many people do that and that says so much about who he is as a person. Jeff’s team goes above and beyond for their clients!
