1 /5 Mandy Franklin: This attorney and his staff are completely incompetent. They are completely heartless. They don’t understand the financial stress of having to drive Out of town for treatment every couple weeks. Not being able to work, not being able To provide for their family. Their children not being able to have a Christmas. They don’t provide updates as needed. They don’t check on you to see how you are when you have surgeries. Yes, that’s multiple surgeries that I’ve had. Not one time have they called to check on my physical or mental health in over eight months. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. Please don’t be like me and do your research. It appears from experience that Matt and Lisa are both very selfish people. Theyre not about Their clients. They are only about what benefits them! I forgot to add that they do not call their clients back. Their phones never work. They dont support their clients decisions. They tried to dissuade you from getting treatments that you NEED! They threaten you so that you wont go somewhere else. Overall, my experience has been terrible and I actually let them go and decided to go with another attorney.
