Chris Sarver If his defense skills are anything like his presiding judges skills I would highly recommend that you do NOT use him. Hes a pawn for the jasper poolice department and is horrible at seeing the truth. He does whatever officer Peters tells him to do. He cant do what is right unless Peters allows it. He allows others to make his decisions bc he doesnt have the backbone to do whats right if its not what the people who co.trol him wants

I am an attorney and have dealt with the Paul Robbins law office several times over the years, though we are in different areas of the State, and we are almost always on opposite sides. This is a longstanding, "old school" law firm that operates with grace and class while still tirelessly, smartly, and ferociously representing its clients interests, and that truly cares for its clients and being a good citizen in its community. That is not to say that we always agree, because we dont. But when we dont I am assured that their position is one that is well thought out and researched, firmly held, and that will be competently and professionally presented. In the realm of litigation these are, or should be, prized qualities for anyone seeking legal representation. I was not asked to write this review and no one knows I am now writing it; I am writing it because it is true. Lauren Cheak Daniel Webb and his entire team are the absolute best you are going to find. When my daughter was taken out of state unlawfully by the other parent I called countless attorneys seeking help to enforce the custody order I had in place. I was told time and time again that what the other parent was doing was not ok but only received sympathy and was told I had already done everything possible. Mr. Webb reassured me that there was more that could be done and then he took action. I had been fighting 4 months and had 2 other attorneys (one in each state) prior to meeting Mr. Webb but he turned my whole case around in less than 2 months. He got my daughter back to Texas when no one else could or would and then made sure she would stay with me. I don’t fear a repeat of this incident because he drafted a much stronger order than my original, but if I ever need a family law attorney in the future his office will be the one I turn to.
