Patricia Puente I hired Shani Flemins as my lawyer for my divorce. She is very kind and listens to you. I went there not wanting anything from my ex husband, just the divorce. She went over and beyond to help me get from my ex what I was entitled to. Even though my divorce took 4 yrs, but not because she wasnt doing her job, it took long because my ex and his lawyer kept changing things around, court dates were changed several times on his end which made my divorce take longer. Every time I saw Shani she was there to listen to me. I had a tough divorce and most of the time I sat in her office upset and crying and every time she comforted me. Telling me everything was going to be ok. She was amazing as well as her assistant. She represented me and did an awesome job.

Jorge Martinez So far, my experience has been positive. While I haven’t had direct contact with the attorney yet, I understand that attorneys can be very busy. My case is straightforward— the firm has sent the necessary letter, and we are waiting for a response to the deposition (the defense) before proceeding to court for a slip-and-fall case. Since state statutes allow up to two years before a court appearance becomes necessary, it appears the opposing party may be delaying in an attempt to mitigate damages or wait for external factors to impact the case. This incident occurred in 2024, so the timeline is still within the statutory limits (the amount of time Texas give a plaintiff to file a law suit) That said, the attorney’s staff has been incredibly professional, straightforward, and understanding, which I truly appreciate. Vicky K I retained Mr. Flanigan to represent my son for a speeding ticket he received going into college station (Brazos County). The citation was for speeding in the triple digits. When I initially contacted the court, they told me there’s not much I can do because the speed was 25mph above the speed limit and to pay the full amount of the ticket because “judges don’t like to see triple digits.” And that’s when we hired Mr. Flanigan. The Bosque County DA and state prosecutors are ABJECTLY and WILLFULLY DENYING the use of new DNA testing. In order to maintain their status in being “RIGHT” for 31 years, the BOSQUE COUNTY DA WILLFULLY CONTINUES TO REFUSE BRYAN a new trial. In effect, the Bosque County DA is refusing both to find Mickey’s real killer and to exonerate Bryan, her husband, who has most likely been FALSELY INCARCERATED for over 31 YEARS! DO THE RIGHT THING!!!
