I’ve got to say… Ms. Taylor not only knows her stuff, but she’s extremely good at it! She took the time to explain to me in detail how we were going to do this, the whole process step by step, answered ALL of my questions, and she was incredibly patient with me. Ms. Taylor is very willing to answer any questions I had or reassure me on any doubts I had anytime I called, and she replied to my emails really quickly! She restored my confidence. Not something I expected going into this. I honestly was expecting to rush and rush and just be “told” what to do without knowing anything but what Ms. Taylor did for me was the complete opposite. Step by step by step she made sure I KNEW what we were doing, she kept my head up for this whole process, and even followed up with me once it was all done.
