1 /5 odalys alas: Honestly I did not want to write this review, because at the beginning they were so attentive and great , but it all just fell trough, my accident was 2 years ago already everything was going great until I got pregnant mid 2023 I told the agent that was helping at the time that I wanted to stop and wanted to see if we could settle because I was not longer going to be able to get treat me since I needed some X-rays done , but then she should said to wait until my pregnancy was over to keep with the treatment so I did , fast forward June of last year I call back then they tell me I can no longer do my treatment since is been so long , keep in mind that was there recommendation , I said that was fine that I wanted to settle then , a few months go by and I still don’t hear nothing back , then the other 2 people involve start calling to get updated and that’s when we actually hear from that agent again, I didn’t want to be rude because I know things take time , but anyway they start calling almost every other week and they got answers and everything and they got their settlement like a month after , but when I would call I would get told that the girl was not there or that she would call me back always an excuse(keep in mind I was not bothering them like that I would call maybe 2 a month) then I was finally able to talk to ma, Chavez which she is super sweet and then she gets my stuff sent out that was about I believe 4 months ago , then again I wait even tho they said it wouldn’t take long , then once I call again I get told they change my agent , and that she was trying to get my case ready and that that’s what was taking so long , at this point I’m frustrated because they won’t call me to give updates but the girl that answer was sweet as well and explain then I said that it was okay I just wanted updates , then I actually get a call back in the beginning of December with an update, and said she was sending a new offer and that they should hear back in a few weeks, okay cool right, well I didn’t hear back, I call back this week and I’m greeted with a different person and honestly the way he talk to me I didn’t like at all it was somewhat rude I was just asking a question , because he mention that they had sent an offer in January 12 , all I ask was , is this a different offer and I was not aware ( because they told me the last offer in the beginning of December) then he like laughed and tells well I don’t know I can’t see all of that I can only tell you what I see( while laughing) and honestly I just really though that was rude especially because I was only asking a simple question, I think I been patient and understanding specially because I know things take time , but now I’m just so frustrated and angry with law firm and patient with the fact that I had about 3 agents in The time handle my case, and I can’t even get a somewhat reasonable answer, I wasn’t asking for a lot just plain communication. Honestly disappointed because again at first everything was great.
