They are patient in what is going on in the situation and guide you throughout the journey. I feel like they are worth every penny and then some. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I feel as though the price is very reasonable as well. They are attentive to detail to your case at hand. I felt very comfortable while I was talking to Me. Tisdale during my consultation. Every time I communicated with the firm it was always in a respectful manner. If I would call about questions concerning the case I always had their full attention with answers.

1 /5 Mandy Erickson: ***WARNING!!! MUST READ BEFORE CONSIDERING TISDALE!!!*** Initially I gave a one star, and then Mr Tisdale called me to try to smooth things over bribing me to remove it. But now its back and let me tell you why. We paid over $15,000 for a custody battle and he did nothing. Tons of negligence from his office led to a prolonged traumatic experience and additional money. Information & EVIDENCE I gave them that were very important to the case were never brought to anybodys attention. Mr Tisdale was the first person to talk to me but his paralegals block you in the future from ever reaching out to him. I requested over & over to talk with him or see him personally with his paralegal telling me no. Not ever meeting before court. Not even a 5 min meeting in the hall. Nothing. AS MANY OTHER REVIEWS HAVE MENTIONED... In court, Mr Tisdale didnt know anything he was talking about. Clearly demonstrating that he never read anything w/ important information for his argument. He even had to whisper to me in court for an answer the judge frustratingly asked him that he should have known! He was a very timid and weak. I have never seen someone so unprepared. You could tell he was nervous and the reason why he was nervous is because he didnt know my story which he should have known. He never saw evidence even though I provided it. I should have represented myself, truly. So anyway, he contacted me and apologized for all of that and offered not only me a job for $3,000 a month but he also offered pro bono with my foreclosure because we stopped paying our mortgage payments in order to pay Mr Tisdale to get my daughter back. In exchange to remove my one star review, he tried saying hed do a bankruptcy file to stall to allow us to sell it. which equaled about $4k. And mentioned helping finalize the adoption between my daughter and her stepfather. He said he usually does these for $2k anyway and asked if those 2 things would suffice the money that was wasted purely by Heather. Like a wash. I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that he had no idea and Heather was the one that did MOST malpractice type stuff. But at the same time I will say that he is responsible for making sure he knows what hes talking about before going in. AND HE SHOULD HAVE MET WITH ME BEFORE GOING INTO COURT. Which would have prevented all this. Again another common complaint you could see on other reviews. Months went by and I started getting bills. I responded a few times saying that Mr Tisdale said that this would be pro bono in exchange for mess ups that costed me money, which he did say, and the emails stopped. But then it came back again a few months later, so I told them that I was getting frustrated with these constant tries to get me to pay or if I didnt they would dismiss me as a client... So Mr Tisdale reaches out and lets me know that he never agreed to those things, but he understands why I could have misunderstood it, which is complete BS. I think he forgot about our conversation and everything that was wrong. Or hes a crook? I think he forgot I can put my review back if he pulls his bribe offer. So after some consultations with other local attorneys in the area, my review is back. And here to stay. Mr Tisdale, the trauma and pain that was caused by your firm. Has affected us still to this day. I still have night terrors, wont leave my bed for weeks, severe depression/anxiety... And I have this all heavily documented for years. Including guardian ad litem and the judge! Yes were going after them too. I also have dozens of emails and ironclad proof of negligence and damage. I had consultations w/ 3 different attorneys. Every single one said I have a solid case against all of you. Before you try striking another deal w/ me to take this down, Id be willing to consider if a refund of most my money. Until then, My TRUTHFUL review will remain right here along w/ future consequences like malpractice lawsuit and report to the BAR. ✌️

His team is just as awesome as he is!! Thank you for working so hard and we appreciate everyone so much!!!! ♥️ I spoke too soon regarding his staff and especially his spouse who is beyond unprofessional and heartless and only cares about the money and not about Mr Tisdale’s clients. Mr Tisdale himself is an awesome attorney but he allows his wife and staff to make him look bad bc they failed to follow through on their job duties and after being patient for almost a month, all I heard were excuses and instead of being accountable his spouse harassed and made false accusations instead of just being accountable for not doing their job BUT charged me for all the work they had NOT done. But had the time to send me multiple emails harassing me but no time to get the court orders completed I needed for almost a month since I had been to family court. Make it make sense??? His wife made him lose a client based on her unprofessional and childish demeanor. So very sad!!!
