1 /5 Calvin Crosby: I had a consult in January with Mrs. Wiley and her Office Manager Mary. The consult seemed to go well and I asked if I could have a couple weeks to speak with my family and get back with them. Once I tried to get back in touch I would leave voicemails and not get returned calls, when someone did answer the phone they stated that the attorney Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week or week and a half. I finally had to go up to the office since it had been roughly a month and half without hearing anything. When I got to the office it was the same story oh Mrs. Wiley is out of the office for a week and half well have to get back to you in a couple weeks that never happened so I called several times before getting someone on the phone and they didnt even know what was going on the paralegal was out of the office and Mrs. Wiley was in a meeting. The next day I finally got a call only to be told that Mrs. Wiley was not comfortable taking on my case. This was known weeks ago I dont understand why they wasted my time by giving me the run around instead of just letting me know they didnt want to take the case. This whole experience was unprofessional.

5 /5 Mark Worrell: Ive really appreciated the assistance and care Ms Wiley has shown for my dad. Consistent follow up, thoughtful interactions, and honoring my dads attorney client privilege. Only issue weve had is that appointments occasionally get shifted for court appearances
