I was set for trial and had a prior conviction. So I was facing 5-99 years at trial. Today at court with the great work of this law firm of Tony Henson and Victor Jarvis, they questioned whether he prosecutors and worked hard on my case and finally motion to dismiss was granted in Montgomery county. And if you’re in the Houston area you should know Montgomery county is not a county to be charged in. But very great law firm and I highly recommend.
