Mary Matheny This man is total garbage. He was my boyfriends attorney. The only time he was available was to take money. He never made his visits to discuss his case with Jason. Something came up, or had random resets. Once he finally showed for a court date he shot out a probation deal that was most likely on the table for months or was firm on going to trial if the probation was not accepted. My boyfriend took the plea for probation but none of the deal happened the way arthurpresented it and was of no assistance to even look into anything at all. If you can afford Tom stickler in Brazoria County just take a court appointed lawyer over this clown. He dont even deserve this one star.

Dylan Richeson I hired Mr. Turner for a criminal attorney In December of 2020. At this time I was incarcerated and the one and only time I ever spoke with Mr. turner was to negotiate a price. I had two charges and he informed me both were felonies when one was a felony and the other was a misdemeanor. He wanted $4500 which was agreed on. Then the felony was dropped and the price was then $2500. I was incarcerated for 5 months during this time I never spoke with Mr turner or his law office while incarcerated to discuss my case obtain a statement on what had happened or inform me of anything in my case. I received 5 letters from his office one being the letter informing me he is no longer legal counsel due to me firing him for not doing his job to the best of his ability being very unprofessional to my fiancé and telling us if we continue to call he will start charging us for every call. In the letter I received he stated that his work more than Exceeded the $2500 we paid Mr turners office and they did the best they could. I do not recommend using Mr Turner or his legal team for anything unless you want to be ripped off.
