1 /5 justin williams: I am the father of Denise Felixs two baby daughters who were involved in an auto accident. My daughters had to go to the doctor and Denise still have on going injuries from that accident, but everyone else involved in the case like the attorneys, litigation specialist, litigation paralegal, Texas Alliance Medical Group, Summit Imaging, Asp Cares, and Pharmacy all received thousands of dollars from my familys misfortune and pain, but Denise received $825.27 as her part of the settlement. It makes me disappointed and disgusted in the law office of Frederick L McGuire and I will NEVER use or refer this law office to any person on earth. This should be criminal!

1 /5 Denise Felix: This law office is the worse, I will never use or refer anyone to use Frederick L. McGuire law office in this life or the next. I was in an accident with my children and in the end I am still suffering with on going pain and swelling in my knee from the accident. We all who were involved in the accident walked away with pennies, but this law office and the medical group and Summit Imaging all received more money in the settlemen then me and and my children. I would have received more money if I had just taken the money that the insurance company had offered me to settle the case.

Helped with our car, medical care and got us a settlement that helped make up for the pain, trauma, and inconvenience of being hit by a drunk driver. I am so thankful we called them!

Out of a settlement that Fredrick L McGuire received for her case, in the amount of $7,533.72 , my mother (the injured client) only received $825.27. I was sick to my stomach when she told me how she was mistreated and taken advantage, when she and my baby sisters were the ones in the accident.
