David Tookes I would like to put the word out to anyone that is wanting to file for Social Security or Social Security Disability benefits. I was given Mrs. Jones name as a Social Security Attorney while I was in rehab for my knee. The person, I do not even remember his name, talk to me about his experience with Social Security and how Mrs. Jones help him obtain his Social Security benefits. To be honest, I thought he was just pulling my leg. At any rate, I made the appointment with Mrs. Jones, she took care of all the paperwork and I was able to get my benefits. It took time, that is just how government agencies are, but I am 100% happy with Mrs. Jones and her staff. I was really impressed that Mrs. Jones was able to, through the appeal process, move my onset date back much father than I expected. Robert Casados Outstanding! Mr. Powell immediately put my mind at ease. I initially left a message and Mr. Powell returned my call promptly. Mr. Powell and his staff were quick and thorough. Anytime I had a question, Lindsay was on top of it. My ex wife lawyer was dragging her feet and making multiple mistakes during the final decree process. Mr. Powell and his staff not only corrected the other attorneys mistakes but took lead on the whole thing and got it finished correctly. Mr. Powell advised me he would meet me at court at 8:15am to prove it up. He was not even a minute late. He had gone through security and was standing in front of me at exactly 8:15am. Daniel Ellett I called in with no real knowledge of what steps to take and she was extremely helpful. We spent 45 minutes on a call, even though she immediately knew she couldnt provide legal assistance in her field of expertise and I wouldnt be a paying customer. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help and cared about my specific circumstance. Im following up on a few referrals she made and it looks like Im in needing help with unemployment vs disability when my original aim was a wrongful termination suit. MANY other lawyers I called dismissed me immediately without explaining why, or providing info/alternatives... and I sincerely appreciate her taking the time to go over very specific details/questions in order to provide the best advice in relation to my particular conditions. 10/10...
