1 /5 Kelli McClendon: Do not hire Mark Cargill!!! I paid him $2500… I got one phone conversation and four emails. He is a liar and a cheat. I have filed a complaint against him with the Bar Association. He is not on the side of his client.

1 /5 Alissa Paul Weaver: I gave them one star because it was suppose to be a custody battle. Had to pay 5000 and charged extra for filing paperwork. We ended up only going to court once and decided to go a different route. All in all it shouldnt have cost me that much money and they didnt even offer some kind of refund. He doesnt like doing family law so I would definitely go with another attorney for that issue. They are sweet people but not who u need on ur side on a custody battle especially when one parent is braining washing the child since they were divorced. When they saw my rating I was emailed why they only got one star and how they could better their business. I wasnt gonna write anything on the review just the one star but that didnt sit well with me. Everyone has an opinion and this is mine.

1 /5 Ben Parrish: After retaining this attorney concerning a civil matter and paying him a very substail amount, I was able to settle the matter myself without litigation, and without needing legal assistance. Mr Cargill made 3 phone calls, and little else, and yet I was told that none of the $10,000.00 that I had paid him up front would be returned to me! At first I was told that they do not work on an hourly basis, only flat fee. But, when I challenged that, they suddenly came up with this schedule of activity showing all the research and consultations with hourly charges. And yet, there were no papers served, no courtroom activity, only 3 phone calls, and 3 visits to his office. I would caution anyone thinking about using this attorney!

1 /5 Amber Rainey: They misrepresent you, they dont care about you at all. They definitely dont talk to you at all. You are better off on your own. Do not use them. They have everything but are lazy and wont tell you anything. They just take your money and show up in the courtroom and watch as you get screwed over, and dont care.

5 /5 Ruben Marquez: Be totally honest i was really nervous not they fact that i didnt know Mr. Cargill but because i never been a situation of having to use a lawyer nor has nobody in my family but between Christi and Mr. Cargill they made it a so smooth and explain everything step by step. I had several visits and several explanations from Christi showing where we were at and how the process was going. She always really fast on responding my texts messages and some even when she was on vacation knowing she didnt have too. Sheraden in the front desk always real on going and keeping up with stuff. By far the best lawyer around because i know they went above and beyond in everything they did. If there were more stars to put i would put all the stars in survey. Huge thank to all of them.
