Chocolate King I must express that, as a business owner, the agent lacked any sort of customer service training based on my own encounter. Upon entering the store with my wife, the agent exhibited a rude demeanor and seemed uninterested in assisting us. I cannot be certain if it was due to my Trump hat or their ethnicity, but throughout the interaction, her tone was very unenthusiastic. My wife was tempted to confront her, but we ultimately decided to leave.

marty Keith Mariela was a great help I called an had an affordable policy within 15 minutes. She was very direct in helping me. We got disconnected at one point an she took the effort to call back as well.
