1 /5 jess lee: He’s the worst!! I switched agents to John. That was that a mistake!! John changed my policy without my authorization and when I was asking him why he would do that he said well it has to be done! And laughed at me and continued to be rude untill he told me find another agent and hung up on me. Seriously unprofessional and he made ma feel like he didn’t value me as a customer. I called corporate and do not have to deal with him again thank goodness but if he will do that to me he would do it to anyone.

1 /5 jasonp7981 Pineda: I called to make Mr. Parker aware of a situation with the claim told him if this is the way we’re going to be treated by the company that he represents we may have to look for different insurance. The second he heard that he said well then I don’t need to talk to you and hung up in my face. If this is the kind of treatment you want for someone that questions your company and how they treat people and how they react to a claim that you need for a car that you are filing that is legitimate, you probably don’t wanna do with this company or this man he will not help you until it helps him in the second. It doesn’t help him. He will hang up in your face as he did me very unprofessional. I would never use this company I will be finding new insurance.
