It’s nice to get what your promised when you buy something, like Farmers Insurance. The BIG difference is the years of experience and customer service I have received from the Farmers Insurance Agent, Jason Garner and his long time support staff Tina, that will do everything they can to make your life just a little bit less stressful. David Helm I had a collision with a hit and run driver. Totally their fault. Filed claim with State Farm. Had my rent car the next day. They towed the car to the collision repair shop. It was determined totaled! Received my check today! 15 days after the accident! Great customer service and response. Very pleased with Phil Maxey and Denee!

R Very knowledgable of the insurance policies they offer! Ray Esparza insurance really took care of me for renters and auto insurance, they pulled quotes many times no issue. I accidentally missed a payment for too long and a policy expired, but it was no harm, no foul for them, they were very professional. I like that when I call the office, I talk to an actual person and not an automated system
