1 /5 Jordan Lee: Steer clear of this insurance agency!!! I had coverage drop my home 2 weeks after closing and was never notified. I went over 2 months without coverage and only found out because I had damages happen, so I reached out to my agent on what I should do. Lo and behold, I had no coverage and had to pay out of pocket. Not to mention their lack of urgency to fix and update me on the problem, it took about 3 weeks and I constantly had to email for updates.

5 /5 Deep Watuhs: Highly experienced agency. Not common for the majority of Insurance Agencies to offer the coverage you need without over insuring you……and inform customers when lower rates become available for properties, vehicles, etc. Brad and his staff are the best. 10/10 in my families experiences over the past 15+ years.

3 /5 Tara Hannan: I can’t remember the last time I left a bad review for a company, and it’s disheartening that I am leaving one for Brad Spurgeon Insurance in Galveston. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with an insurance company. Unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls even when wanting to add coverage. I switched agents thinking that was the problem, but same issues with another agent. Only reason for a three star vs less is because insurance costs are competitive.

1 /5 Elliott Schwartz: Zero communication. We have to switch our insurance agents because we have been completely unable to get in touch with them since finalizing the policy. Sent multiple e-mails, text message, left multiple voicemails, all over a couple of months without a single response. Pretty incredible how poor the service is.
