1 /5 Dr. Mohamed Elansary: they are a true blood sucking parasites, theyll take your money and leave you stuck in nowhere when you need them the most. before I sign up with them I read an online review says exactly what I just said now, but frankly I ignored it and thought it can be one opinion, now I feel sorry that I didnt listen to that review, so Im looking for another company and warning everybody from Fred Loya, any other insurance is a better option. so please dont repeat my mistake and stay away from them and warn your family and friends.

1 /5 Vanessa Munoz Mena: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED INSURANCE COMPANY. My parents had been with them for many years. They dont back up their customers. They cant answer simple questions over the phone or email. Not because they cant but because they just dont want to. They cant take vehicles off your policy. My dad has tried more than once in the past few weeks. Apparently its a must to show up in person to remove a vehicle from your policy. They will NOT do it over the phone. Corporate offices are in Texas yet my dad had to wait for CA offices to open, 2 hrs later from TX opening time, to even try to help my dad. He had driven from Rivera to try to remove a car from his policy and they told him that. Told him to come back after CA offices open and that they would help him then. I was shocked. ITS RIDICULOUS!!He went back same day a few hours later and thats when they told him they cant take his car off the policy. Why do you waste peoples time and gas? There are useless people working for this company. They take your money but dont help you when you need help, ever.

1 /5 Adera Boudreaux: I called and requested help with my policy. Of course due to the spectrum out they were unable to help me. However DORA the manager was absolutely foul rude and inconsiderate. I explained my situation and was understanding that they were unable to help me right now but I had follow up questions she didn’t like and she hung up on me because she could longer help me. She refused to give me district management number. That is unacceptable. I have been a customer for 2 years so I guess they are ok with people leaving.
