1 /5 Michael Rodriguez: Not a friendly person that answers the phone . My premium went up by over 30$ per month and they cant give a reason other than inflation. Yet I found great coverage through progressive for less than my rate .

1 /5 Becky Robertson: This company will not repair your vehicle to the prior condition it was in before an accident. They do not care. One of their customers wrecked into me. All the adjuster asked for were pictures, they did not come and look at my vehicle. The pictures were unable to reflect what actually happened. They took a very quick statement over the phone and made a decision based on pictures. Not what the actual damage was. When I tried to discuss it, they told me I had to prove it. Most people don’t know how to “prove it” and the insurance company knows that. There are several places on my vehicle that were not repaired because they said my vehicle was damaged beforehand which it wasn’t. I did not have a way to prove that it wasn’t so even though their customer did all of the damage (and willingly admitted it) they only fixed some things. They absolutely did not fulfill their legal obligation.
