1 /5 Sarah McBride: Terrible customer service. Jeff spoke to me like I was stupid and that he could get one over on me. He lied to me about what coverage options were available and he took a week and a half to get me the quote which was for coverage I specificly asked him to not include. He said he was more worried about taking care of his business then getting mine started. He was extremely rude and yelled at me, as if to intimidate me into buying coverage I did not need. Good Luck with doing buisness like that Jeff! You certainly will never have mine.
