Even with a perfect record (as in no claims in 50 years); premiums keep rising. I shopped and shopped online and it appeared that State Farm could actually reduce what I am paying now. I was figuring if I could get by with a 10% increase in premium from my current carrier I would have done well. I reached out to the Abraham Gutierrez agency to see if the rate quoted online was real. OMG! A wonderful agent/manager named Kristin Lee e mailed me. She confirmed that the quote was real and not a bait and switch deal. She answered all my questions clearly and promptly. I made an appointment to complete the paperwork. Kristin was just a delight to do business with. She actually was able to reduced the premium quote by a few dollars. I have only used three insurance carriers in 50 years.
