1 /5 Omer Said Ozdem: I have never seen a irresponsible a company like this before. I have been using this place for my car insurance. They slowly increased my insurance and I have been trying to call them. I did total 6 phone calls. The representatives on the phone talking very disrespectfully like they don’t give a shit about their customers. The only reason I was calling was to get information about why they increased my payment. One representative tells me you need to connect w financial department and gives me the number. When I call the number another representative tells me they don’t have financial department and gives me the phone number that I called in the first place. This happened several times and I do not recommend to anyone. They will slowly increase your plan without telling you and you will realize you rpayment is 50$ more. Absolutely ridiculous.
