I had a complicated issue regarding my policy and she really took the initiative to take control of the situation and find me a solution in a timely fashion. Great service, great insurance!

5 /5 David McCulloch: 111821 I stopped by the HWY 6 Walmart office and had to good fortune of meeting Xia the new agent. She was so delightful, engaging and professional. I have been with Fred Loya for at least 5 years and she is the most warm and charming agent I have ever met

5 /5 Raquel Lazard: I called on 4/2/2020...asking about car insurance. The young lady(Jazmin) who answered the phone asked me questions concerning what type of coverage I was looking for. I explained to her that I have an older model car and just need coverage. Jasmin help me and told me she will have. everything ready for me when I come in. I told her that I would be in the next day and shesaid that was fine Kimberly would be here to help me . I came in after a long day at work and true to her word Jazmin had the paperwork ready for me. Both young ladies are very professional, courtesy and just super nice. THANK YOU Jasmine and Kimberly....yall rock!!!!

1 /5 Matt H: Lol what a joke. Was quoted one price over the phone and another when I arrived at the location. The rep at the office told me and I quote "we tell you one number over the phone to get you in here and then we give you the real price . " Imean not joking, actual quote . I almost started laughing. Avoid these crooks at all cost.
