Instead of being workers that put their interests above what is true and right, I really feel they choose what is good and honest. They offer services and take the time to explain them. I didn’t feel tricked when they assisted me. I hope they receive the same kind, respectful treatment that they have shown me. They returned my calls, heard me out repeatedly, and did as much as they reasonably could. I feel they do their best at their job and that’s all I can ask for. Gordon Pulis Wifes car was flooded during Imelda on a Thursday. TXFB surged claims agents, adjusters and assessors from other areas to the Houston area. Seven days later wife is in her new car. Even though they had to be overwhelmed with claims we never felt rushed. They were understanding, patient and professional through it all. Cant even nit pick a single thing.

Matthew Webb Run away from these guys! It has been 45 days since one of their customers hit my sons car, and they still have not paid the claim despite the other driver being ticketed. The claims specialist will not return out phone calls. Good luck getting these guys to pay up when you need them. I am sure they will be glad to take your money though.

Mary Bray Curtis and Mike are the best team ever! Curtis does all Commercial Insurance and Worker’s Compensation and Mike does all Residential Insurance like Flood, Home and Auto Insurance.
