Francisco Palacios Told me I had a $500 deductible because I had a lien holder. Did not tell me that the bank would have to file a claim if I got in a accident. Told me if I file a claim it would be a $2000. Smh bad business practice. It was not explained to me this way when I signed up. Now I have to look for new insurance.

Great customer service great prices 100% would recommend to anyone and recommend everyone give them a shout Before trying someone else cause they’re probably gonna get you the best deal they can like I said everyone every insurance company was trying to make me pay at least $200 more than what this company was asking for basic bottom dollar state liability in Texas, Texas.
