2 /5 M: 2 stars for these reasons. They have Made in China quality with Dillards type prices, copycat products (purses especially), and little to no variety in dresses. To be fair, my wife seen 2 she liked so she walked in. Fast forward. Wife came home mentioning to me she didn’t buy anything from here because the staff followed her like a hawk and stared at her rudely. So, while I could’ve easily taken my wifes word for it, I like doing experiments myself. I decided to go in myself to “buy” some earrings, but observe. Sure enough, while I was browsing the earrings, I look up to see if it was true. My wife was right. Ever see those hothead cops that kinda do that pompous walk, slowly, kinda wide, observing in a smug tone? It was these people. Weird way for staff to act this way, and it wasnt just me, it was several other ladies in there that felt off by that behavior. I know mall businesses are struggling, but even as a man it felt like the staff was going to tell me a sale was in the back, but a dude with a baseball bat was waiting for me. Avoid if you want to keep your legs. I joke, but the stares/following are very much real and you need to tell your staff to have manners or get rid of them, you’re losing business.

3 /5 Miss Vicky: I’ve shopped at francesca’s for many times, but the quality of the clothes has decreased. They do have cute gifts and accessories. It is the only time I go to the store. Customer service is friendly, but you have to have your original recipe. I with the quality would match the price of the clothes. Mostly everything is made in China, after one or two washes expect to toss away your purchase.

My only things is the last time I went there I was only $6 away from 20% off and I never knew that until I seen a sign when I was leaving. I wish someone would have told me, or at least when I was checking out. Other than that, they have the cutest jewelry and gifts for your friends/family!
