5 /5 Alan Owens: I was shopping for a new homeowners policy, and spoke with Elizabeth to get a quote. My current homeowners policy pricing escalated way out of range for a renewal. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and she informed me that she typically doesnt ask people to make quick decisions, however she informed me that the pricing on farmers homeowners policies were going to increase by 30% by the following day. I had made several inquiries with other companies, and she was by far the best in service and pricing. Elizabeth was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and conscientious.
